insect repellant, natural insect repellant, citronella insect repellant, eucalyptus insect repellant, make insect repellant, homemade insect repellant, organic insect repellant, insect repellant for kids, insect repellant for babyThis fragrant blend provides a mighty dose of antioxidants in citronella and eucalyptus. This is useful if you suffer from a sunburn or have lots of insect bites. Feel free to use another oil to suit your skin's condition. Olive and grapeseed are my favourites for dry and flaky skin.

INGREDIENTS:

100 ml / 3.3 oz jojoba oil (for oily skin) or grape seed (for dry skin)

30 drops citronella (lemon balm) essential oil

15 drops cloves essential oil

5 drops carnation oil

METHOD: Super-simple, as always: blend all ingredients in a glass or safe-plastic bottle. Shake the bottle well before each use because the oils may separate. I recommend taking no more than 100 ml of the base oil in case you forget to put the bottle in your luggage and keep it in the hand bag. I lost one bottle just like that. It really hurts to see your handmade creation going down the drain. So keep your liquids in containers under 100 ml when packing for the air travel.
