eye shadow glasses, wear eye shadow, apply eye shadow, natural eye shadowQ: I wear glasses. How do I apply eye make-up? Belinda, via email.

A: Makeup artist Holly Bray recommends using lightly shimmering eye shadow to draw attention to your eyes. She advises choosing   cream formulas instead of powders. Such formulas stay put so they won't leave your lenses smeared. Don't forget to apply highlighter under your brow to visibly lift and brighten the eyes.

Eye lined to use with eye glasses is perhaps the best tool to decorate your eyes. Use natural eye liners such as Elysambre or Lavera Liquid Eyeliners, Nvey Eco High Definition Cake Eyeliner, or Neal's Yard Eyeliner Pencil for very natural, translucent line.

Before you apply eye shadow, always use a good concealer since thicker lenses magnify dark circles.

Don't forget eyelash curlers and curling mascaras - they are the basic tools for framing your eyes and keeping those lashes from rubbing against your glasses. Opt for volume-boosting rather than lengthening mascara.

The only thing to avoid when you apply eye makeup under glasses is not to make your eyebrows too dark, especially if you wear dark-rimmed glasses.  Intense eyebrows may overkill next to your frames.

To balance the upper part of the face, make your blush a bit stronger and add a touch of brilliant glossy or intense matte lipstick or a gloss.
