A: Feeling a bit dotty, are you? The keratosis pilaris, which is just another way of saying your hair follicles are clogged. You'll mostly find it on the outer part of your arms, your bottom, the back of your legs and ever your face. Dermatologists don't know why keratosis pilaris happens.
