How to look better, feel better and live longer Posted: 02 Jan 2012 09:07 PM PST Happy New Year, folks! It is Tuesday and time for my post at Gingerchai.com. Today, I've written tips about looking better, feeling better and living longer. After all, New Year is the time most people make resolutions around these aspirations. And while we are already aware of most of the things I've mentioned, it is still worth it to revisit them because when we are conscious about what we're doing, we tend to achieve what we aim for. I took a brief break to go visit friends and family and had a wonderful time. While chatting, telephoning, instant messaging all have their place (am grateful to them), there's nothing to beat face to face time with people you enjoy being with. As the title of this post says, here are some tips to get you on your way to look better, feel better and live longer. (See how quickly I got to the point?) Here we go!
Adopt healthy habits I know your Mom has told you this a billion times. She's right. As we get older, the tips of our chromosomes (or telomeres) become shorter and this puts us at risk for disease. Bet you never heard this before! The good news, though, is that you can do something to ensure you slow down the process. Healthy habits do it. Be conscious.... Here is the rest of the post for you to read: Look Better, Feel Better and Live Longer I hope you all have a wonderful 2012 that's filled with happiness, joy, peace, health and prosperity!
